URGENT! Blogging Faces Potential Major Trouble

I am purposefully delaying a trip out of town in order to post this. Very urgent! I have long predicted that the Federal Government would begin to stage a powergrab over the Internet. This--an offshoot of the so-called Campaign Finance Reform Bill of 2002 which had bipartisan support and which George W. Bush signed--may be the very beginning of it.
